Overview
VJM’s Skill Development program identifies female students who were either deprived of education or dropped out of school. It helps them get an education, while also working on developing skills that can enable them to lead a financially independent life. Under the program, women get free education and training, which encourages more girls to reach out and avail themselves of the opportunity. The program aims to uplift women of the downtrodden and financially deprived communities, so that they can either work for an organization or become entrepreneurs themselves. The key aim is to make a large number of girls and women self-sufficient.
